We know how a business runs from the inside
A word from the founder
For over a decade, I’ve worked in business operations — from management roles in reputable international hotels to leading fintech operations, where I played an active role in launching new projects from scratch and implementing new initiatives into established operations.
Across both industries, I saw capable people spending too much of their potential on repetitive work instead of using it on the parts of the business that actually mattered.
That’s why I founded Initiaira. We build automation and custom AI systems around the way a business actually works. Our goal is bigger than reducing manual work: we want to help businesses operate more effectively and grow — by making better use of information, giving teams more time for work that moves the business forward, and building systems their teams understand how to use.
Whether you want to improve an existing process, build something new or explore what AI could do for your business, we’re always happy to help.
